NightBloom is a Late Night cocktail bar located in the Bywater neighborhood of New Orleans.

After 22 years in the neighborhood at Bacchanal, owners Joaquin Rodas and Adrian Mendez partnered with Justin “Juice” LeClair, a longtime friend and team member, to open an approachable, neighborhood driven, late-night spot for cocktails. Set in one of New Orleans’ many vibrant, storied, and culturally rich neighborhoods – the Bywater – on the corner of St. Claude and Clouet Streets, the bar is open seven days a week, 5 pm – 2 am.

NightBloom represents what’s next in drinks – simple, layered, fresh, and fast cocktails. We carry homegrown and independent brands and beverages from BIPOC, queer-owned, and women-owned producers.

We implore our guests to trust their bartender – to experience adventure without sacrificing stability and quality.

With a close-knit and intentional team made up of industry veterans with experience across facets of the industry – we collaborate and works together to create the menu, offerings, and selections behind the bar. We work closely with Turning Tables through their externship program to provide a pipeline from graduation to real-world bartending experience. NightBloom also works closely with Friends of Codey’s to lend space and resources to BIPOC entrepreneurs who are building businesses in food.

NightBloom is more than just a cocktail bar – we welcome members of the local community use this space where neighbors, friends, and cocktail-lovers assemble to welcome and support a reliable flow of DJ sets, after work gatherings, second-line stops, and pop-ups that span across cultures and social groups. We feature local artists and supports their work with openings and print sales, providing creative collectives and individuals with a space to share.
